We currently ship to customers in the United States.
Order processing (handling time)

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are processed faster. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST start processing the next business day.

Handling time: 1–2 business days (time needed to prepare, pack, and hand off your order for shipment).

We process orders Monday–Sunday (processing speed may vary on public holidays).
Shipping (transit time)

Transit time: 0–15 business days after the order is shipped (carrier delivery time).

Carriers typically deliver Monday–Saturday.

Please note: “0 days” can apply when an order is shipped the same day it is processed.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time = Handling time (1–2 business days) + Transit time (0–15 business days)
So, the total estimated delivery time is approximately 1–17 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is shown at checkout (or may be offered as a promotion when applicable). If free shipping is available for your order, it will be displayed during checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide a tracking number by email after shipment.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
