Return & Refund Policy

1) Returns — general conditions
We accept returns for eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and uninstalled
In original packaging, with all included parts and labels
Not damaged due to installation, misuse, or improper handling
If your return does not meet these conditions, we may be unable to issue a refund.
2) Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives with mechanical/shipping damage or is defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
To help us process your claim quickly, include:
Order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
After review, we will offer an exchange, replacement, or refund, depending on availability and the situation.
3) Wrong item / missing items
If you received the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4) How to start a return
Contact us first (do not send items back without approval).
We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.
Pack the item securely and send it using the provided instructions.
Unapproved returns may be refused.
5) Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, missing item) or a verified defect/damage on arrival, we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Inspection and processing typically take 3–10 business days after delivery to us.
Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
7) Exchanges
If you need an exchange, contact us and we’ll confirm availability and next steps. If the requested item is not available, we can offer a refund or an alternative.
8) Non-returnable items (examples)
Unless required by law, the following may be non-returnable:
Items that are installed/used
Items returned without original packaging or parts
Special-order / custom items (if applicable)
